Mason City High School holding food bank fundraisers

MASON CITY | The Mason City High School fall athletic teams, marching band and student senate will be holding four fundraisers to benefit the Hawkeye Harvest Food Bank, Mason City.

• "Cram the Canoe" will be 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4 during the girls swim meet against Southeast Polk at the John Adams Middle School pool.
• "Pack the Pickups" will be 8 a.m.-noon Saturday, Sept. 6 at Hy-Vee West, Hy-Vee East and Fareway, Mason City.
• "Pack the Pickup" will be 4:45, 6:15 and 7:30 p.m. during a volleyball match against Ankeny in the Mason City High School gymnasium.
• "Bust the Bus" will be 4:45 and 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12 during the football game versus Cedar Falls at Mohawk Stadium.
