BUFFALO CENTER | A Minnesota man was arrested in Winnebago County Sunday night on a felony meth dealing charge.

Holden K. Tesch, 23, Elmore, Minnesota, was found to be in possession of a bag containing a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine at a residence in the 1500 block of 510th Street in Buffalo Center, according to a Winnebago County Sheriff's Office criminal complaint.

A scale was found in plain sight with the meth bag and a meth pipe next to it, the complaint states.

Officials say a container with multiple unused small plastic bags was found on the floor next to the scale.

Tesch was arrested on a charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver. His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 21.
