OSAGE | Felony criminal mischief charges have been dropped against an Osage man and his mother accused of trashing a mobile home they rented.

Christopher Scott Arfman, 34, and his mother, Theresa Ann Becker, 56, were initially charged with felony second-degree criminal mischief for allegedly trashing a rented mobile home they shared, according to court documents.

According to an Osage Police Department criminal complaint, garbage was found throughout the home in the Triangle Trailer court, and an estimated cost of the cleanup was $8,955.90, which didn't include repairs to the property.

Charges against Becker were dropped in November 2017, and against Arfman earlier this month.
