Zach Williams emerged as the only first-place winner in Saturday’s Top of Iowa Conference meet.

Williams took first place in the 160-pound weight class with 5-2 decision victory over Cameron Rasing from Rockford. Averee Abben took second place in the 106-pound weight class after losing by 6-3 decision in the championship dual against Nashua-Plainfield’s Brock Dietz.

Spencer Mooberry (145) finished second after a defeat in the championship match by Nashua-Plainfield's Tristen Brase. Mitchell Schotanus (152) finished third with  a victory over Drae Love. 

Joe Jacobs (120) grabbed a third place finish with a fall victory over Gabriel Solon of Eagle Grove. Brody Roll (132) finished third with a pin victory over North Butler's Teryn Joebgen. Joe Sullivan (113) took fifth place overall after pinning Forest City’s Wyatt Gelhaus.
