The Saints went 1-1 on the week with a win over Nashua-Plainfield and loss to West Fork at home.

St. Ansgar defeated Nashua-Plainfield 64-32 on Monday night.

Senior Elizabeth Jenkins and junior Tanyon Schutjer both had double-double performances for the Saints. Jenkins posted 15 points and 13 rebounds while Schutjer racked up 10 points and 10 rebounds. Freshman Hali Anderson posted a team-high of 17 points for the Saints.

Britney Holthaus was the only player to make the double digits for the Huskies, putting forth an 18-point effort.

St. Ansgar would lose to West Fork on Friday, 39-26 to move to a 3-4 record.

The Saints hosted Belmond-Klemme on Saturday and Rockford on Tuesday, but scores weren’t available at press time.
