CLARKSVILLE | Riceville (5-1) added another road victory to the books on Friday with a 52-14 defeat of Clarksville (2-4).

Senior Jon Miller went 4-for-6 for 34 yards passing and rushed for 106 yards on eight carries for four touchdowns.

Senior Boe Adams had the most yards on the ground with 120 on 15 carries for one touchdown. Senior Grant Shedenhelm was the third rusher to eclipse the 100-yard mark with 108 yards on seven carries, including one 45-yard touchdown run. Shedenhelm also added 23 reception yards.

Junior Cole Byrnes would also add a touchdown run.

The Riceville defense would also do its job, forcing three turnovers. Sophomore Judge Losee had one interception and one fumble recovery, junior Shane Holmen also had a fumble recovery.

Byrnes led the defense with 13 total tackles, including two solo tackles for loss. Holmen, senior Brandon Kilbourn and Shedenhelm each had one solo sack.

Riceville will hit the road again to play Janesville (5-1) on Friday.
