OSAGE | Bullying, violence and substance abuse are top concerns among schools, students, parents and communities.

To help students in Mitchell County deal with these issues, the "Champion of Choices" program will be presented at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 26, at the Krapek Family Fine Arts Auditorium, in the Cedar River Complex.

A free community event, for all residents of Mitchell County, will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 26, in the auditorium, as well.

Presented by former WWE wrestling champion Marc Mero, he will discuss the topics of bullying, peer pressure, substance abuse and suicide prevention.

Students will be encouraged to treat themselves and others with respect, dream big, achieve goals and cherish relationships.
