The pioneering all-female rock band Fanny, which included Mason City native Alice de Buhr, the band's drummer, was among honorees at the sixth annual She Rocks Awards at the House of Blues Anaheim on Jan. 26.
During the gala, the band shared its new project, "Fanny Walked the Earth," with a preview of its upcoming 2018 release.
Members of Fanny, The B-52s, Melissa Etheridge, and Olivia Rox, Jenna Paone, Laura Clapp and Sabrina Lentini, performed the evening's finale, "Respect."
