The Forest City boys basketball team kept the train rolling over the past week with a pair of easy wins.
The Indians took care of North Iowa 62-41 last Friday and worked their way to a 58-25 win over North Union on Tuesday, Jan. 16.
Sam Snyder scored 19 points Friday to lead the Indians. Avery Busta followed with 13 points.
Forest City gained momentum late with 34 second-half points.
"We had a sluggish start, but we had a really good second half," said Forest City coach Dan Rosacker.
Grady Hovenga added seven points for the Indians, Micah Lambert tossed in six and Ryan Theel finished with five points and four assists.
In the win over North Union, Snyder led the way with 16 points and eight rebounds. Lambert added 11 points and eight rebounds off the bench, and Grady Hovenga also finished in double figures with 10 points.
Additionally, Zach Miller chipped in six points.
