Also off the hallway is a powder room with quartz countertops and a backlit smart mirror, which can be turned on and off by pressing a button on the front of the mirror.
A large cut-out in the wall allows occupants of the kitchen to see into the hallway, allowing for a connectedness in the home. The other side of the kitchen is fully open to the dining room, which is also open to the spacious living room.
With sliding doors leading onto the back deck, the 13-by-24-foot living room is an airy gathering space for family and friends. It features a 10-foot-tall tray ceiling, unique wooden ceiling fan and programmable electric fireplace. A row of windows on the west side of the room lets even more light.

Elwood, who has lived in many of her husband's builds over the years, says the kitchen at 2347 Ping Court is her favorite of all time. It has granite countertops, top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances and seemingly endless rows of cabinetry made by WoodHarbor Custom Cabinets. The cabinets also have under-cabinet lighting. The kitchen is equipped with a wine cooler and has a massive center island which seats four.
"Love the kitchen," Elwood said. "You can see the rest of the house (and) there's lots of counter space to work with."
Also spacious, the master bedroom is located on the main level off of the living room. It is a 14-by-16-foot sanctuary featuring a 9-foot tray ceiling, en suite bathroom and a very large walk-in closet with a shelving and organization system.
