AMES | The College of Human Sciences at Iowa State University has awarded scholarships to students to support their unpaid internship or student teaching experiences during the 2018 spring semester.

Charles City

Cassidy Bilharz received the Julia Faltinson Anderson Unpaid Internship and Student Teaching Scholarship. Bilharz is studying Elementary Education and plans to student teach.

Cady Mead received the Julia Faltinson Anderson Unpaid Internship and Student Teaching Scholarship. Mead is studying Family and Consumer Sciences Education and Studies and plans to student teach.

Belmond

Kacie Schumann received the Julia Faltinson Anderson Unpaid Internship and Student Teaching Scholarship. Schumann is studying Kinesiology and Health and plans to student teach.

The College of Human Sciences offers the scholarships to help offset the cost of living for students during career-building experiences that are unpaid. The scholarships funded through private gifts, including an anonymous gift made to the College of Human Sciences as part of the endowed deanship held by Laura Dunn Jolly, dean and Dean's Chair.
