Julie Taylor, Scott Redel and Kevin McMichael recently joined Cargill Value Added Protein.
Taylor joined Cargill in January as the office administrator reporting to the plant manager. She spent 21 years with Metalcraft and four years with TeamQuest Corporation. Taylor is a member and Advisory Board President of North Iowa Choral Society, and she is the wedding coordinator at First Presbyterian Church-Mason City. She lives in Mason City with her husband.
Redel joined Cargill in April as the environmental, health and safety manager. He was the EHS Senior Professional at Cargill's Blair, Nebraska facility and earned degrees at Nebraska-Omaha. He and his wife have four children, and they will relocate to Mason City.
McMichael also joined Cargill in April as plant superintendent for third shift. He spent more than 20 years with Centro Inc., including 12 as operations manager, earned a degree for Iowa and is a certified quality technician. He and his wife have two children, and they will relocate to Mason City.
