Hunter was a key piece on both the offensive and defensive lines for the Eagles. Defensively, he finished with 41 1/2 total tackles, which included 12 for a loss and four sacks, as he was named the Class A, District 3 defensive MVP.

Tate Hagen was a force himself on the West Hancock defense in his first season starting as he finished with 52 1/2 tackles, which included five total for a loss.
